Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must be in its original condition without any damage caused after delivery.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Products returned without original tags or packaging.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, Kalsa Vogue will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request a size exchange, subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund as per this policy.
Return Shipping
In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Kalsa Vogue.
For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
